1. Information Pilgrim’s Rock, LLC Collects.

When you register as a student in the online course system (Moodle), we will request some personal information, including, but not limited to, contact information, such as your name, city and state, and e-mail address as well as demographic information such as your interests. This information will allow you to take online courses and participate in other Services we offer.
If you register for/opt-into offers, webinars, newsletters, contests, downloads, or other types of giveaways or Services through our websites or social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, or LinkedIn, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, and responses to questions about your interests or registrations or products or services you desire to use or obtain.
Pilgrim’s Rock, LLC gathers information about all users collectively and anonymously, including what areas of the web site or Moodle software users visit and what courses users have accessed. Moodle software uses browser cookies and automatically logs IP addresses, session sources, and other data that tracks users’ access to the Services. Pilgrim’s Rock, LLC uses Moodle software to host and provide online courses to our customers. When enrolled students use the Services, they may make use of chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available in certain areas of the Moodle software. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
Some personal information may be used for statistical analysis for purposes of marketing, web analytic, or quality control of the Services we provide.
